Notes froma lived life
Writing · Autofiction
The truth,
reimagined.
Stories about love, survival, self-deception, freedom—and the person you become after everything you thought you knew changes.
Read on SubstackA note on the work
What I write is rooted in life—but it isn’t a transcript of it.
I write autofiction: personal stories shaped with the freedom of fiction.
The emotional truth is mine. Names, timelines, dialogue, places, and identifying details may be changed, compressed, or reimagined to protect privacy and serve the story.
This is where I make meaning from the complicated parts—the relationships I misunderstood, the warning signs I renamed as love, the moments that cost me pieces of myself, and the long road back to freedom.
